Greater New York Dental Meeting is America’s largest dental meeting organized by Greater New York Dental Meeting (GNYDM) every year in New York city, USA from 23 to 28 November. The Greater New York Dental Meeting plans an unparalleled educational program every year, featuring some of the most highly regarded educators in the field of Dentistry. There is a choice of full-day seminars, half-day seminars, essays, hands-on workshops, glass-enclosed workshops on the exhibit floor, and a Live Patient Demonstration Area that is sure to fascinate even the most discriminating dentist and staff.

For 2017, The Greater New York Dental Meeting was proud to offer a greatly expanded world Implant expo, the third Annual Global Orthodontic Conference, Diabetes Symposium, Pediatric Summit and again Dental Laboratory Education. Staff members of dentists take advantage of the many educational opportunities available. This can enable the dental team to excel in delivering the finest dental care in the world. Over 50,000 attendees came all over the world from which 9000 were international attendees from 151 countries. Various experts in the particular dental area share their valuable ocean of knowledge with the attendees.
Being an international dentist, I also volunteered in the meeting. I also took part in scientific poster presentation. I and my two colleagues presented poster on the topic of “Comparison of effect of Chlorhexidine and Herbal mouthwash on gingivitis”. Our main objective was to determine the efficacy of herbal mouth wash and their ability to control plaque-induced gingivitis. People are aware of their oral health more than before so with proper brushing use mouthwash is also required. To choose between Chlorhexidine (chemical) or herbal mouthwash is a challenge too. So, we presented the effectiveness of both mouthwash and our results showed that Chlorhexidine was more effective in destruction of microorganisms.
